Summer is humpback whale season in Monterey Bay

FRIDAY, JULY 6, 2018

Beautiful warm day on Monterey Bay! We had a great day viewing wildlife! Humpback whales, a Steller sea lion, California sea lions, harbor porpoises, Risso’s dolphins, great white sharks and 2 blue sharks! Lots of sweet Monterey sea otters and lots of mola-mola.

 All week we’ve had great trips with humpback whales breaching/leaping out of the water and showing lots of surface behavior near and far through Monterey Bay!
