Spring Grays make way for Summer Humpback Whales

Springtime in Monterey Bay is one of the best times to see multiple whale species, as gray whales migrate north back to Alaska and the early arrival humpback whales are coming into Monterey Bay to feed over the summer months.

Saturday 4/15/17 Northbound gray whale out in front of the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, two humpback whales over the Soquel Canyon.  Otters, too!
