October whales, dolphins, and the sharks are still here, for now!
MONDAY 10/28 – Beautiful Day! We found the sweet spot, with 10 humpback whales offshore from Santa Cruz, over the Soquel Canyon, Monterey Bay. Surrounded by California sea lions, otters, and sea nettles.
SUNDAY 10/27 – We counted 8 humpback whales, active, feeding near to Santa Cruz.
SATURDAY 10/26 – Humpback whales in small groups, scattered around north Monterey Bay, plus 7 great white sharks!
