10/1/19 Bottlenose dolphins and lunge feeding humpback whales

9/29/19 Good humpbacks out today on Monterey Bay! At least one breaching.

9/27/19 Several humpback whales spread out on northern side of the canyon. Lots of feeding activity, including sporadic lunge feeding. Harbor porpoise and sea lions. Bird Report: Buller’s shearwaters, Sabine’s gulls, black-footed albatross, osprey, rhinoceros auklets, sooty shearwater, pink-footed shearwater
